Usually these are the result of more complex problems with the building allowing water to enter the envelope and often times resulting in damages such as dry rot and mold. We test for water intrusion, not only through the exterior envelope, including roofing, decks, windows, doors and wall cladding, but also through concrete slab floors due to poor drainage or bad concrete mixtures or placement.
